Usually my internet connection drops out and my modem loses sync does anyone have any ideas why this might be please? I have attached filters to all phone sockets and live near london so good broadband connection speed and this is a new laptop.
Have you had a line check from BT?
yes i have and they found nothing wrong

You need to post your problem on ThinkBroadband Forums as they're more used to dealing with line's attenuation and noise margin (these play a MAJOR role in ADSL)
