Insufficient Resources

I own an VGN FE11S laptop and have noticed that recently when I try to put my laptop into hibernation I often (but not always) get the message 'insufficient system resources to complete system API', I've noticed that Norton seems to eat quite alot of my sysytems memory but I have doubled my RAM to a maximum of 2GB.

Does anyone have any ideas why I keep getting this message and if there is anything that I can do about it?

Hi Ferguson,

Increasing your RAM to 2GB may, funnily enough, be the cause of the problem...

Try this hotfix from Microsoft.
