HY EVERYBODY THIS MESSAGE ALWAYS APPEAR ON MY DESKTOP EVEN IF I HAVE MADE A RECOVERY OF THE SYSTEM HOW CAN I DO? THE MESSAGE TELL ME "IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THE DISK IN THE UNIT. INSERT THE DISK IN THE UNIT" AND THEN IT TELL ME CANCEL, TRY AGAIN,CONTINUE PLEASE HELP ME

Can you provide more detail? I assume that you are referring to the CD/DVD dive?

Do you have any error codes listed in Device Manager?

Sure, I have recovered the system and when I insert a pen drive or external hard disk this message appear

Yes, I have used the recovery utility but is it possible that the computer doesn't ask me to insert the cd of recovery ? Maybe i don't use the recovery utility well!!can you give me an advice?
