i-link cable for Vaio

Hi, can anyone tell me which i-link cable to use to connect a Handy cam to my Vaio VGN-AR41M, 6-pin or 4-pin. Thanks

Hi Mike the Golfer and welcome to Club Vaio.

Your Vaio only has a S400 i-link socket. I expect your handicam has the same.

You will need a 4-pin cable.

4-pin is the same as 6-pin except the 6-pin has an additional two DC Power pins for powering attached devices (like a USB connection).
