I'm not sure if this has been addressed before but if you have motion blur when watching HD content in Windows Media Player then you should either:
- Rebuild and never install WinDVD.
or
- Uninstall WinDVD
You can install WinDVD BD if you have a blu-ray drive. The issue is caused by the old WinDVD codec pack.
