[HELP] RAM clock frequency.... SONY VAIO FS315M

Hello everyone and thanks for helping me (first: sorry for my english... I don't speak it very well)...

My notebook is a Sony Vaio FS315M, its characteristics are listed here: http://vaio.sony.it/view/ShowProduct.action?product=VGN-FS315M&productFilters=retired&site=voe_it_IT...

Sony Vaio FS315M has default memory RAM mounted:

- 512 MB DDR2 PC2-3200 (400 MHz)

After some time I've upgraded it with another:

- 512 MB DDR2 PC2-4300 (533 MHz)

So the final dual channel RAM memory was 1 GB with clock frequency 400 MHz (the least of the two RAM).

Now it's happened that I've acquired from another PC two others RAM, and I've mounted them :

- 1 GB DDR2 PC2-5300 (667 MHz)

- 512 MB DDR2 PC2-5300 (667 MHz)

Now I have a memory RAM of 1,5 GB with clock frequency again 400 MHz.

Why it's not 667 MHz as specified in the RAM properties?

The MoBo doesn't support RAM frequencies over 400 MHz?

Can I do something about it? i.e. upgrade Bios?
