Help Please

Please can anyone help me.

I have sent my Vaio to Sony for repair and the only message I get is that it has arrived at the repair centre. I have telephoned support and spoken at operator level and management level and no one is able to tell me how the repair is progressing.

The total lack of information and response from a company with such outstanding products and a world wide reputation is confusing and disturbing.

Does any one know how I can get proper customer attention and support? How do I get my computer returned working.

Hi Rob

Just to let you know that you should get the computer back fixed with no problem. I have had no problem in the past with repairs. I work for a shop that sells Sony computers and we have to send repairs off as well. As to the lack of communication, how long has the computer been away for repair? It can take up to 3 weeks depending on the nature of the problem and if they need to get parts from a supplier. But I do agree that normally some one should know how the repair is going, if the machine has only just arrived there then hold on a bit as they probably have other computer waiting for repair as well.
