I hope this is the right board to post this.
I have tried to activate the bluetooth on my laptop by right clicking the bluetooth icon in my bottom taskbar and then going into it's settings and choosing OPTIONS, then I put a tick in the "Turn Discovery On". But when I try to save the settings it won't. And gives me a message saying "An error occured while windows was saving your settings. The following settings were not saved".

Discoverability Settings
Connection Settings
