Can anybody tell me why my vaio with his nvidia 8400m gt doesn't send signal to an external monitor if connected with the classic monitor cable? (the cable and the monitor work with an old laptop...)
I partially solved the problem using a hdmi cable but even if resolution is the same on laptop and on the monitor the windows desktop is a little bit bigger than the monitor and in the nvidia control panel I cannot find anything to set it...
