help - fan is very loud

i'm very happy, cause i get today my pcg-k315z. but the fan is all the time very loud. i test an pck-k315s (with celeron cpu), this is not so loud.

how can i make my laptop quieter?

HI All

How do you remove the fan and heatsinks on this model to clean?

I can get bezel and keyboard and metel shield under off no probelms but then cant see how to pull off the fan assembly.
