GRX316MP constant disk access

My 316MP constantly accesses the hard drive every 1-2 seconds. This happens even when no applications are running, and its getting annoying.
Checking processes the system Idle process is running at around 96%. It has done this from right out of the box, so I dont believe it is any software I have installed.
Anyone know why or what is causing this??

Yeah it's quite normal, it clicks in time with my clock lol.
Not sure why it happens.

I had this problem on my Z1 = it was a Virus that modified some system files. I fixed this with norton updated with LiveUpdate virus list

It's not that on the GRX316MP, it did it from the first time I turned it on.
