When I try to use Roxio 10 to copy an existing homemade dvd the process works until I am asked to insert a blank disc compatible with my drive.
The software thinks for a minute and then ejects the disc and repeats the request to insert a compatible disc.
I am using a BD-RE blank disc.
The FZ11Z does burn to blu ray...doesn't it? Can anyone help please?
