Hi
Weird problem this. About every couple of days the computer just freezes in the middle of something. The hard drive light stays on permanently and the laptop won't shut down unless I unplug everything and pull out the battery.
One exception is that one time the laptop did shut down but the power light and the hard drive light stayed permanently on. Again I had to pull out the battery and plug to shut it off.
I've only had this laptop a week. Any ideas?
