Function key problem

Hello I am new in the club.
Anyway.
I have a problem with my VGN-N11M. I've just formated it (windows xp pro) and all are fine (drivers, apps, games). The only problem is that when I press Fn button and F2 F3 F4 F5 F6 for brightness and volume doesn' t happen anything.
So what I have to do mayby other drivers or enable something or I don't know.

Download the pre-installed utilities for your model from Vaio Link and extract the file. Then install the following in this order:

1 Sony Utilities
2 Sony Shared Library
3 Vaio Event Service

Then re-boot.

You may find that you need to repeat this process a couple times before the hotkeys work.
