FE41Z PROBLEM

hi people,
i got problem with my vaio, volume and S buttons stopped working for some reason and i cant get them working! i've tried all sorts but nothing.
any advice wud be much appreciated.
(anyway havn't been around much lately coz i bought house about 6 mnths back and been busy pulling it apart and putting back together but its still not finished )

Hi gavaa,

Try reinstalling the following utilities…

Sony Utilities
Sony Shared Library
Vaio Event Service
They are in the Original Utilities Package here...

Followed by a re-boot. You may need to repeat this couple of times.
