Faulty and in warranty

I need to speak to Sony as when I ring the helpline number 0905 the automated number asks for serial number which when I put I says is not recognised. Then cuts off . My model pcg-71911m is faulty won't process and open any program's locks screen and can't even restore in safe mode. I don't think the driver is working properly and as its less than 12 months old I need to speak to someone about returning it and getting it changed. Anyone have a number I can call
