Hi alderdavidoff,

If your machine has an Assist button then press this when fully shut down - this will launch the Vaio Recovery utility - follow the on screen instructions.

Otherwise press and hold F10 at boot which should also launch the recovery utility.

Be aware that this procedure will wipe all personal data and third party software.

Both of the above assume that the recovery partition is still present and working.

Assuming the screenshot results from pressing either the Assist button or F10 it would seem that there is a problem with the recovery partition. Have you created recovery disks? If so you can use these to return your machine to factory defaults.
