I have a Vaio XL201 Media Centre and whilst a mono microphone plugged in the front will record using the Windows built-in recorder, I can't simply hear my voice just speaking into the microphone. I've checked all the sound settings but nothing seems to work. It will work on my normal PC so why not on the Vaio? :smileygrin:
