Express Upgrade to Vista

Hello,

I purchased a FE31Z on 23/10/06 & have been greatly impressed with the laptop compared to the previous one I owned. I am interested in upgrading to VISTA, I initially registered for an Express Upgrade but the site indicates this is only for models purchased after 26/10/06. Had I known I would have delayed the order by a couple of days, do Sony have any discretion with the Express Ugrade? I am interested in VISTA but don't really want to pay the price being charged in the UK,

Any advise would be appreciated,

Further to my original post, I'd like to raise the issue with Sony directly but I'm struggling to find a direct e-mail, could anyone post one I could use.

Also, have Microsoft indicated how long they'll support XP?
