Error with Smart Vaio network bluetooth can"t be turn off

HI,
I bought a TZ 21M recently , i ran all updates as per the vaio update program but now the smart vaio network just doesn't work at all.

Initially i was just not able to turn the bluetooth off (which I absolutely want to do !!!)
then i updated with the Dec 19 released and the software just doesn't start anymore.

Any idea what to do? how to turn this é"'é§(" bluetooth off ?

Can you please confirm that the update has been installed correctly?

To verify that this installation was successful:
1. Open "C:\Program Files\Sony\Network Utility\Version.txt".
2. The version numbers mentioned in the Version.txt file should include "1.2.01.12150".
