error messages

unable to transfer or import any music files, not even via a CD. when importing music files to Sonicstage i get musicmv.exe error; and when using a CD or the music transfer to drag and drop i get omgjbox.exe error. using WinXP home. Win doesn't crash but everything else does. using SS v2.1 suggestions?
