Hey,
Does anybody know of a way to limit the speed at which a dvd drive spins at. When my drive, DW-U50A, spins upto full pelt I get a loud buzzing noise and can feel vibrations from it going through the table, through the floor and into my feet. This is getting rather annoying now and am willing to sacrafice the speed of my drive for abit of peice and quite, that and I dont want anything working its way loose from the vibrations.
Are there any programs out there that could set a maximum speed for the drive, or is there any way to do this in windows?
