I have just bought a Sony NWZ-S545 MP3 player with built in software.
My problem is that I cannot get my VGN-A617S to install this bundled software.
Is anyone able to give guidance (easy to follow please) on how to sort this out and get them to talk to each other?
Computer is now 4 years old, is this too old for compatability?
Any help greatly appreciated.
