Club Vaio

Hey guys, really sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but whenever I click on the 'Club Vaio' icon on my desktop, it flicks up a bos saying please connect to the net. Even if I am already surfing on there. I am always online as my wireless is pretty much always on, so was just wondering what on earth was going on...

...oh yeah it sometimes flashes up when I turn the laptop on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
