Hello Experts, I believe you have some line of contact with Sony?
I was just wondering,I have suspected ever since I received my Vaio as a replacement from Sony in November that it wasan't as I was told it would be "brand new" i.e. no other person had opened it's box and returned it. My two main suspicions were/are that the box it came in was a fairly standard delivery box, the same as I had been sending my old Vaio back and forth in with FE21M strickers on it, not like my original Vaio box. Secondly, after doing the windows set up the first thing I was greeted with was to be told to recover my aplications, which smacked of a system recovery.
Is there any way you can find out for me if I am the first owner (even if someone just had it for half a day before me, or if it was a display model) of my Vaio, if you can then I will gladly PM my details.
