Double click your clock in the system tray and click on internet time.

In there enter

time.nist.gov

Press OK

Ty but this is not the solution, the time are syncronized with NTP server but sometime (1 minutes 10 minutes) or when i stop or reset my pc the time delay are form 20 minutes to 5/6 hours.

Ahh then it's more likely to be the CMOS battery that's dying

OK now the problem is resolved.
Really are a CMOS problem CLOCK i see this with cmos diagnostic.
I try all: put BIOS ols and new, reset CMOS.
The solution is sample: swith in "STAMINA" with other video card and magically the clock work. And also the problem with bluetooth are returned.

I'm happy now!!!!

Hello, what's the model of your VAIO?
In my model VGN-SZ1XP/C (and i think all series SZ) are present 2 video cards.
When you upgrade or chage the bios version sure make reboot with both cards (operate with the switch "stamina").
