Drive doesn't t open using the normal eject button. Error message tells u to use emergency button or restart system.
Right click on the drive in the explorer and open it this way works. After the boot process the drive opens once using the normal button on the drive. Recently installed and removed additional CD burner software and also ran a firmware update to the drive. Anyone has a clue? Thnx
