CD/DVD Burner stopped working!!

HI All,
For no reason my CD/DVD burner stopped burning. Nero or any other burner says "burning complete" but the Cd stays blank same with DVDs.
My model is VGN-N21.

Please help, i just bought this thing 2 months ago
