Brontek virus

Hi there !
i got this virus in my pc..the window of this virus opens up now and then...its named BRONTEK:smileydevil: on the top..is there nyway i can delete it..actually i delete it form the laptop but it again comes back....now wat is happening is that when ever i put soem cd or pendrive this virus goes into it.......and now i am also experienceing problem in downlaoding files on to my laptop....is there any solution?
