Bluetooth problem

I have a A417m Vaio, Win XP sp2, I have installed the Bluespace NE to manage my Bluetooth connection but no use, win XP still mamnages the Bluetooth, Bluespace keep telling me to turn my Bluetooth although it is turned on,

What should I do ?

Bluespace NE doesn't work with SP2
