Blinking & Completely Black Screen!!

Dear All,

I am using SONY VAIO PCG-K115S laptop for the last one year and now have come across the problems with my laptop.

- When I am watching movie or listening songs on laptop, the screen gets black and the movie or song keeps on going as I can hear the voice. Then I have to forcefully shutdown the machine and then it starts working.

- While working on Internet, the screen gets blue and some instructions keeps on coming on the screen. Then again I have to restart the laptop and it works.

If anyone faced the problems like them and know the solution. Please assist me.

1) Sounds like your inverter is dodgy

What is the solution for the first problem. As far as second problem is concerned I will note down the message that appears on the screen and then will come back.

If it's within your warranty period I would ask Sony to take a look
