Bios: InsydeFlash can not load the drivers

Hey,
First, I wanna say hi to all of you guys and thanks for trying to help all the people like me

I have installed 7 on a vaio z90US (bought in Japan) and I got a lot of BSOD. But, fortunately, I managed to have a "stable" system but then I realized there was an upgrade of the bios dedicated to Windows 7 available (r2170m3)

The problem is I got this message each time I try to flash the bios:

"InsydeFlash can not load the drivers. Please close all applications. If you are running this utility in Vista, please run as administrator."

I have tried running the admin mode, try using the "dos" mode (hitting f8 during launch) but the result is the same: not working.

Do someone have an idea of the way to solve this? I can't reinstall Vista because I totally format my hd and my recovery cds are not working for some reasons I ignore...

I also tried creating a bootable usb stick but failed...

What am I supposed to do?

Thanks in advance,

Cheers,

Al_Ac
