backup utility

hi, i recently bought a pcg-k215b laptop with dvd re-writer, the backup utility pre-installed on the laptop will not work, upon insertion of a new verbatim cd-rw it states that the disk is full or of the wrong type. click to dvd also does not work -are there any problems associated with this program?

can anyone reccomend a good disk backup or burning program that they have used with this model of laptop, the dvd writer is a pioneer DVR-K12D.

That model comes with Drag n Drop DVD/CD doesn't it? Have you tried using that?

ihave tried both click to dvd/cd and the backup with no sucess, i have heard that they can be a unreliable -i'll probably go with nero 6 pack -i have used nero 5.5 on my old desktop.
