ar31s PROBLEMS, please help

Hi,

I have just bought a AR31S and am having all kind of problems. The first thing I did was hook it up to the net, update windows vista then update VAIO using the update program that runs on start-up.

1)Club VAIO will not run it just opens a small white box with a picture of a broken image.
2)I cant view the manual which has a link on my desktop as it just does the same as said above.
3)My bluetooth wont work it just switches on and off when I try and use it and makes a on of windows sound.
4) When I try and restore windows it takes forever to open then when it runs through the restore it comes up with an error saying it was unsuccessful and nothing has been changed.

When I check on Vaio update it says all updates are installed and has no other options to update.

I have done a VAIO restore to factory settings and run through this again to see all the same problems appear.

Does anyone have any solutions or even suffer with these problems....what should I do????

It is a Beta fix for the My Club Vaio problem and should sort it.

For the Bluetooth, have you got it enabled in the Switching Utility? You should have a green square icon in the taskbar, click on this to open the Switching Utility and make sure you have the Bluetooth box enabled.
