AR21M - Clean install of Vista - Can't Get Motioneye to work please help

Hello

I have a Vaio VGN-AR21M. I recently did a clean install of Vista using the disks supplied by Sony and following the instructions exactly - I accept I may be deluding myself on that ne, however as far as I am aware I did it exactly as described. Everything seems in order except I can't get the webcam working. Can anyone help please?
