AR 21 s tv tunercard

Can someone help me i`ve just bought a AR 21 s notebook and i can`t get the tv tuner to work there`s a avermedia Hybrid H/W MPEG card, M115S ( DVBT/NTSC/PAL/SECAM ) and the system says its working great but mce 2005 doesn`t agree it keeps saying there no tv tuner card. pleas help
