Aarrgh! going mad - I need a TR1MP recovery disk

Hello all - can somebody help me? I need an (original) TR1MP recovery disk to cure my dead notebook. I have been trying to get one for flipping ages!! I cannot get through to anyone at Sony because my notebook is older than the warranty allows and the automatic phone system is driving me nuts and hangs up on me. All I need to do is to order one of the *&^% things and I'll be happy. I can't find anywhere on this website where I can order one. I had previously bought a 'copy' from a guy in one of these forums, but that doesn't work and PC World tells me it's because it's not an original.
Please, can anyone tell me where I can buy one?

Hi there - they called my husband! They've put a disk in the post to us, and hopefully DHL will be dropping it off to us on Monday.
