Wi-Fi not working

I bought a tv a few months ago and suddenly it doesn’t recognise my Wi-Fi.

My Wi-Fi is working completely fine as I use on my phone and laptop

but everytime I try to set up 

is: wireless device on tv found 

local access failed 

internet access failed 

don’t know what to do... can anyone help me please?

Hi,

Can you please disconnect your TV from power for some minutes and try again afterwords?

If this doesn't help then probably there's a faulty WiFi module in your TV.
