Iv got the Sony KDL40CX523,
Iv set my PC up to be able to stream video to the TV via a ethernet cable. Its plays the video fine but if I put a file in to folder on my PC then change the name on the file the PC. The TV still displays the old file name & wont show the file under the new name iv given it on the PC.
I know the the simple thing to do is do any re-naming before I put it in to the shared folder. But if I need to change the file name at a latter date it will mean a bit of missing around n coping the file to some where else renaming it & then transfering it back. Is there a fix for thes problem please?
Also when setting all this up I tried using windows media player 11 & Serviio. I decided to stick with WM 11 & deleted Serviio of my PC but the TV is still displaying a optiont to connect to Serviio is there a way I can delete that an for it just to show the option to connect to media player.
