Hi there,
Thought I'd try Qriocity out tonight on my BDP-S380.
Watched some trailers earlier and then loaded some money into the wallet and linked accounts etc to get going.
Rented a film and sat down to enjoy.......
No Dice, got the following error.
"This device is not enabled to play this protected content"
No amount of googling seemed to help so I ended up here, the film is in my media library and every time I go to watch it, the bandwidth test goes ok bu then as the film goes to start, the error occurs.
I've checked the parental seetings and that seems to be allowing everything.
Any ideas how I can actually watch the film I've rented??
I did have a software update earlier so I assume I'm all up to date with that.
Any help greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Justin
Hi - sorry yes, it should have been fixed as of a couple of days ago as far as I'm aware? Are you still having problems with it?
Thanks
I can confirm the reported issue is now resolved however as the service is so slow to initate and films need to buffer every 30 seconds Im going to hold off renting from Qriocity. I've ruled my connection out because I can use Zune without issue
Will this work on the BDP 350 model Guyz??
