SWF-BR100 Wireless Subwoofer

I would be grateful for advice on the best tv settings for the KD49X8305 for the SWF - Br100 subwoofer.

I have no other sound kit attached just xbox and sky box.

Should it be set to TV Speaker or Surround for example??

Any other settings I should consider.

I have two Sony Bravia TV’s, are these both compatible with the Sony SWF-BR100

KD-55X8509C and KD-55AG9.
