My Sony tv has a message that appears after a while saying its about to go in to stand by mode.
When I have looked at the menu my stand by is switched off so can anyone tell me why this is happening?

Hi,
under eco settings where you turned off the idle tv standby is there a sleep timer setting there also? if so turn that off as well, then you should be ok.
