I have a a 55" Z9 which I purchased in 2013, which has since failed with 8 flashing red lights. Sent to our local repair centre and they replace the main system board which fixed it. Then 10 days later it went again with no indication of the fault. The repair center (not sony) then said it has multiple faults and cannot repair, and have refunded me the £522 cost to fix.
The TV is wall mounted and has a number of devices attached (1.0TB hard disk drive, DVD player, Soundbar, PS4, Wii) if this is relevant.
Anyone else has a W9 fail, as this is the first TV that I've ever had fail in my life. I'd expect a TV to last longer especially after the level of investment purchasing it.
