My TV has internal Freeview...it has worked perfectly well and we have excellent reception from the transmitter. However 2 weeks ago the TV stopped responding to the remote ...ie. pressing 1, 2, 3, or any number channel resulting in a brief appearance of the name of the channel in white letters then they disappeared and the screen went black. All the channels are visible on the TV guide but similarly no reponse. I rang Freeview... and went through the retuning setting twice ...once without the arial plugged in and again without. No change. I have to to use my NOWTV control to access the internet apps for the channels via player, ALL4 etc . (However no HD!) It is not as good as Freeview via the arial because the internet sometimes buffers. I have also checked for software updates and the message came up (No new software update). Help...
