Sony Bravia Apps

Hi there

I have a new Sony Bravia KD43XF7003 and have noticed that sometimes the apps for iPlayer, itv, channel 4 and my5 don’t work. The apps for Netflix, amazon prime etc are fine. Any ideas why this may be? Thanks
