Sony Bravia 32WD756BU new apps?

How do I install new apps, namely ITVHub and All 4 on this TV? There's no options for installing new apps.

Hi,

You cannot install apps on this TV.

Please make sure that your TV is running the latest firmware and refresh the internet content to get the latest apps.

Ok thanks. How do I refresh the internet content and update the firmware ?

Refreshing the internet content is under Set-up - Network - Refresh Internet Content in the settings.

And you can update the TV using the steps on the download page.

Thanks but refreshing the internet content still didn't work. Can this TV even have All4 and ITV hub apps do you know? 

The software version is the latest too.
