Not sure if it’s just my issued Tv or if it’s a known issue but I recently bought a 55xe70 (2017) model and everyday at least once it crashes on YouTube or Netflix and doesn’t respond to the remote and the media just freezes on screen to the point i have to hard reset my tv by turning the power off? Anybody else seen this?
