Why can i not get sony video in ireland on smp 100 when in the uk i could.

I purchased the unit while over in the uk i connected in the uk at my parents to have a look.I could get bbc Iplayer and sony video channel yet when i have returned to ireland i can no longer get these.

Unfortunately for the same reasons you can't get iPlayer via your PC in Ireland - content rights. As iPlayer is funded by the license fee, its only available in the UK.

I think you have access to TV3, Youtube, Sky News, Music Unlimited and other general services.
