S-Force Front Surround

I currently have a KD-55XE7073 which states it has S-Force Front Surround sound. 

I am not too happy with the sound from the speakers and am considering buying a Sony Ht-SF150 Soundbar to improve the sound. This also has S-Force Front Surround.

This maybe a silly question but would this soundbar improve my sound and in particular the clarity of voices?
