For no apparant reason have lost sky news channel , all other channels ok ,

have proved its not ariel ,and have retuned several times but to no avail ,

Any ideas anyone please .

I had a similar issue several weeks ago during the digital switchover in my region of the UK. However, once the second phase of the switchover was complete I re-tuned and SKY News was back again. Might be worth checking on the digital switchover schedule in your area.
